We grow and harvest our potatoes and then hand prepare them on the day of delivery!
We supply all of our products fresh in water with no preservatives. They arrive in 10kg sealed food containers to ensure sustained freshness. Managing the whole process with our own fair hands ensures quality and consistency for your kitchen.
Aside to this we grow our crops using a farming system that minimises environmental damage whilst providing safe food, as well as managing our waste in an environmentally friendly way!!
Cattle and local game munch away on our peeling waste whilst the remainder is put back into the ground to enhance our soil!
